Helen Kwok

Graduated from University of Hong Kong and The Chinese University of Hong Kong, majoring in Sociology and Social Work. Receiving her ballet and contemporary dance trainings in early childhood, Helen continues the art exploration on performing arts, physical theatre and applied theatre in later years. She graduated from "One-Year Professional Physical Theatre Youth Training Programme" in 2014 at Physical Theatre Institute (PTI) by Tang Shu Wing Theatre Studio and Creative Playground curated by Danny Yung at Zuni Icosahedron.

Her theatrical appearances include “Tang Shu-wing Professionals' Laboratory Showcase: Who needs to be Steve Jobs”; Théâtre de la Feuille “ Fe + C... -> Steel?”; Zuni Icosahedron “Six Waves Six Shocks” “Invisible Cities/Decameron”, “Bauhaus Magic Flute” ; Tai Kwun Immersive Theatre “TK101: If Objects Could Talk” etc

Currently working as holistic health practitioner focusing on body-mind-emotion, Helen is passionate in coaching people to explore self-awareness and drive personal growth. As a way to deepen the senses awareness learnings in theatre practice, Helen encourages clients to live mindful by reconnecting body 5 senses and creating mind consciousness.
