Born in Hong Kong, Jessica graduated from the Department of Theatre at National Taiwan University. In recent years, she has dedicated herself to the practice of Tai Chi and Meridian Yoga, exploring the balance and possibilities of body, mind, and spirit through physical praxis.
From 2024 to 2026, she served as a resident actor with Hong Kong Theatre Works, and is now working as a freelance performer.
Her recent performances include: Page Zero: LIT6 at the Y-Space Open Dance Platform, the work-in-progress presentation of Tien Hsiao-tzu's Scenes of Human Affairs-The Retained Memories on the Body, The Wonderful Fairy Tales of Hans Christian Andersen by Hong Kong Theatre Works, and Knitting Together at the West
Kowloon Popfest, among others.
