Zuni Icosahedron’s “Upward Cultural Tourism Series” proudly presents a brand-new parent-child experience, What to Eat this Winter, at the Sheung Wan Civic Centre. Combining immersive audiovisual projections, arts and crafts, dietary wisdom, and mindfulness experiences, this event invites adults and children alike to feel the changing of the seasons through play. It transforms the millennia-old wisdom of “eating locally and seasonally” into a warm, everyday aesthetic!

Did you know that long before mobile phones and digital calendars, ancient people created the “24 Solar Terms,” a super-smart “nature clock”? It’s like the Earth’s seasonal code, dividing the entire year into twenty-four precise stages, telling us when flowers will bloom in spring, when the scorching heat will be unbearable, and when to put on our thick coats. In 2016, the 24 Solar Terms were officially added to the UNESCO Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, and it is also hailed as China’s true “Fifth Great Invention”!
置身沉浸式声画投影，在正念呼吸中静心感受春夏秋冬的气候节奏。特邀香港著名漫画家黎达达荣现场示范，引导孩子将抽象节气转化为生动图像，亲手设计专属的「2027 食什么」个人化二十四节气月历，把顺应四时的健康美学带回家！
跟着节气吃，是孩子与大自然做朋友最生动的一课。
春天尝嫩芽、夏天吃瓜果、秋天润燥、冬天温补——当孩子看懂大自然的四季密码，就会惊喜发现天气、食物与身体的奇妙连系；不仅学会爱惜自然，更懂得顺应气候照顾自己，自然养成健康饮食习惯。
透过两个工作坊，我们把日历上的节气化作餐桌上的滋味。由认识食材到回家亲手烹调，四季不再是冷冰冰的名词，而是全家人共享美味、暖在心头的珍贵记忆。
春温、夏热、秋凉、冬寒，该吃什么最当造？由漫画家黎达达荣带领，伙同节气饮食达人 Alex Lam（林子龙），以香港传统「盆菜」为创作载体，从「少盐少糖、原汁原味」出发，引导家庭将时令食材、色彩与味道融为一体，携手设计专属家庭的四季盆菜艺术菜谱。
配合「进念艺术伙伴计划」，本节目特设学生场，适用于学校集体订票。各位老师，欢迎带同学走进一场结合艺术、文化的学习旅程！
