The Danny Yung Young Artist Academy is an experimental platform that integrates creation and research. Running from June 28 to July 12, 2026, it brings together students from the University of the Arts Singapore and the HKSC Arts & Media School. Grounded in the "6+1" creative elements of workshops—Space, Structure, Sound, Body, Technology, Symbols, and Critical Dialogue—the academy fosters mutual learning and exchange between artists and students through observation, comparison, and critique.
Here, learning is no longer a matter of mere absorption; it is a continuous methodology of revision and deconstruction.
