Cheng Shing-tai

Second Runner-up, winner of the Outstanding Youth Conductor in Hong Kong Award and the Audience Award for the Most Popular Conductor at The Third International Conducting Competition for Chinese Music. Former assistant conductor of the Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra.

In 2018, Cheng graduated from the Master of Music for Conducting for Chinese Orchestras in The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts under Yan Huichang, Artistic Director and Principal Conductor for Life of the Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra.

In 2013, Cheng graduated from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, majoring in Dizi under Sun Yongzhi and minoring in Dongxiao under Tam Po Shek.
