• Oversee the operation of the office and coordinate meetings and director affairs.
• Handle and manage contracts, insurance, IT, taxes, charity, and regulatory affairs of the organization.
• Responsible for all financial tasks, including: account and income and expense management, fund budgeting, report preparation, annual and project audit, asset inventory, etc.
• Manage and execute administrative and financial matters in accordance with laws, professional accounting standards, contracts, and internal rules.
• Provide administrative and financial support for the organization’s projects and activities.
• Execute other tasks assigned by the General Manager.

• Holder of an accredited Accounting Higher Diploma or related Bachelor’s degree.
• At least five years of financial management and related work experience, with at least two years in a managerial position.
• Proficiency in managing and operating Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and accounting software MYOB is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, attention to detail, proactive, flexible, and possess excellent communication skills.
• Certified accountants from the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants or equivalent professional bodies, or those with non-profit organization work experience will be given priority.

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
• Benefits include bank holidays, paid annual leave, medical insurance, and provident fund.
