Kit Lau
LAU Tsz Kit graduated from the New England Conservatory where he received his Master of Music in Saxophone Performance with the Academic Honors under the tutelage of Kenneth Radnofsky. He was awarded the Artist Scholarship from the Foundation for Chinese Performing Arts.

Before studying abroad, Kit received his Bachelor of Arts in Music from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Throughout his studies, Kit won awards in several competitions and received many grants, including the first runner up in the Boston Pops Concerto competition (2019), the second prize winner from the North International Music Competition (2017), being awarded the Gucci Timepieces & Jewelry Music Fund Scholarship (2014) and a study grant Dreaming through Chung Chi (2015) from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Kit has had the opportunity to work with world renowned saxophonists, conductors and directors in masterclass and workshop settings such as Benjamin Zander, Raaf Hekkema, Lars Mlekusch, Michael Holmes, Jan Berry Baker, Carrie Koffman, Andy Scott and Kenneth Tsai. He engages in solo and ensemble performances including the New England Conservatory Philharmonia and Wind Ensemble (2017-2019), the Harvard Wind Ensemble (2019), the Heralders (2019), the Holiday Saxophone Ensemble (2019), the Hong Kong Saxophone Ensemble (2018), the Chung Chi Wind Band (2016) and the Hong Kong Wind Ensemble (2017). Currently, Kit is one of the Artist fellows of the 'Music for Food 2019'. He is also a Collegiate Ambassador of Boston Symphony Orchestra. He is a faculty member of the EKS Studio and Fenway High School.
