Plan HK Better! is a policybased theatre project targeting the land planning and development policies of the Hong Kong government. In response to the public consultation report that is due to be published by the Task Force on Land Supply in late-September, Plan HK Better! provides a series of educational activities for secondary students and teachers. Touring from July to September, this theatre project aims at analysing the land supply and city planning of Hong Kong.

The project cumulates in the Participatory Policy Forum Theatre, a combination of drama and seminar. Through the gateway of theatre, Hong Kong’s housing policy as well as solutions to Hong Kong’s housing problems are introduced and explained to the audience. These include:

    A. Tenancy Control
    B. City Planning Institution and Policy
    C. Comparison of Average Living Space
    D. Community Ancillary Facilities
